The ideal candidate would be adept at understanding customers business challenges. This would require analyzing online retailers and present such findings to senior members of the client team.
Will be required to transition existing reporting/analysis processes and execute these with premier quality and timeliness.
Will be required to write/modify existing SQL queries and pull data from multiple sources to execute such analysis.
Will be required to execute analysis to deliver Reports, Dashboards & other modelling analytics
Should understand and possess experience in working on statistical techniques like regression, segmentation, cluster analysis etc. Should be able to discuss and map a business problem to the right statistical method.
Required to study, clean data and recommend actionable root causes of issues.
This role requires excellent communication skills. Additionally should possess the ability to confidently socialize business recommendations and enable customer organization to execute such recommendations.
Proficiency in SQL is a must, as every work request requires working with complex databases.
Hands on Experience with R and/or Python.
Experience in presenting data in Excel and familiarity with complex xls functions, charting, etc.
Hands on Experience in dashboarding tools like Tableau.
The candidate must be able to translate business problems into analytical problems, solve and provide actionable insights.
Preferably a candidate with 4-7 years analytics experience in e-commerce domain.
