About the role:
Business Analyst at Consleague will be responsible for Requirements Management, Design, Change and Implementation Management activities during project delivery. Managing the activities will be within one or more projects. The ownership of Change Management activities spanning from early planning of the project; through to designing and delivering change (e.g. training, support, and communications) will also be with the Business Analyst.
Key responsibilities:
- Extensive experience in running workshops, gathering requirements and conducting design activity with a mix of technical, business and operations team.
- Good track record of working with senior stakeholders, business sponsors and globally based teams.
- Good understanding of the programme / project lifecycle.
- Expert in various modelling techniques, system architecture, data flows etc.
- Should have good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Sound decision making and problem solving ability.
- Proven track record as an excellent Business Analyst.

Essential requirements:
- Bachelors degree from a reputed Institute
- 6 8 Years of relevant experience
Desired skills:
- MBA degree will be an added advantage
- Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
