Job Responsibilities

1.1 year experience in BPO/IT/Technical Support in outbound process for US shift
2.Should be willing to work in EST time Zone(i.e. between 5:30pm to 2:30am IST)
3.Has a good sales attitude and strong convincing skills
4.Lead Generation - penetrate and establish initial contact and gather information.
5.Ability to identify the decision maker and be comfortable calling and dealing with both business and technical executives and managers.
6.Possess high energy and enthusiasm, and the ability to maintain consistent levels of activity to achieve calling and lead generation quotas.
7.Possess professional business telephone communication skills, and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
8.Meet or exceed targets for both prospecting and generating qualified leads.
9.Be self-motivated, and have the ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision.
10.Be goal-oriented, and have the ability to consistently meet or exceed calling and opportunity generation quotas.
