Qualification: MBA/BE/BTech ? Min 60% throughout
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed institute with Marketing specialization.
- 1-3 years of cold-calling/in-house/outbound sales experience.
- Should be comfortable with rotating shifts.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written.
- Good presentation skills. Proficiency working on MS-Office.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Cold-calling the list of prospective clients.
- Develop a database or a pool of prospective clients in advance of need.
- Remotely service the requirements of business development teams placed globally.
- Bridge the initial gap between the in-house sales team and the decision makers at the client?s end.
- Doing lead generation and tracking the competition.
- Ability to make first level cold calls, breaking through the gatekeepers.
- To build conversation and should have good convincing skills.
Required someone who have the following:
- Self-starter (ability to work with very minimal or no guidance).
- Exceptional written and oral communication is mandatory.
- Good team player.
- Mentor and lead the team.
- Committed and result oriented.
