JOB DETAIL

Research:

  • Gather data of potential leads in the assigned territory/industry/domain.
  • Identify the key decision maker, opportunity size with potential lead
  • Be abreast with market movements, competitors and own USPs.

 

Reach-out:

  • Screen the data collated and plan the reach-outs via cold call/email/messages etc.
  • Schedule and meet potential new clients and effectively understand the need
  • Maintain and leverage your network to create Multi Recruits visibility in the HR community (online and offline)

 

Negotiation and Closure:

  • Identify multiple POCs at potential client place to understand the decision-making process.
  • Work with seniors to identify the challenges and draft RFI and RFQ
  • Work with the internal accounts team to create contracts and invoices
  • Liaison with delivery team to get the campaign initiated and oversee the complete process.

 

Nurture:

  • Leverage the rapport with client to understand the process of recruitment
  • Work closely with influencers and HMs to identify increased business opportunities
  • Set weekly/monthly/quarterly quotas from each client and achieve it
  • Successfully engage with client decision makers to work with more than one BU
  • Forecast the opportunity size for the team to internally develop a POA

 

Miscellaneous:

  • Share the market insights in the team meetings and assist marketing communication strategies
  • Work towards building a CLIENT FIRST culture within the team
  • Represent Multi Recruit in tradeshows, business meets etc.
