1. Good programming skills in C & C++
2. Embedded SW development and test experience. Working experience in automotive domain is preferred
3. Good knowledge in either ISO26262 or ASPICE or Autosar standards/process compliance
4. Working experience in any of the tools like Vector cast or  RTRT or GTest
5. Hands on experience in debugging SW using  platform HW boards
6. Good communication and documentation skills
