Required Skills:
o Expert knowledge of C .
o Ability to think and program in an OO environment.
o Multithreaded programming experience C environment.
o The ability to analyze, design, develop, build/patch and unit test all software deliverables.
o Experience of, and a desire to, generate relevant and appropriate documentation.
o Candidates will be expected to learn quickly, demonstrate creative and practical problem solving, and possess sound judgment.
o Must demonstrate solid organization and communication skills and ability to work under individual initiative.
o Ability and willingness to mentor others, more junior in the team.
Desirable skills include:
o Experience in Whole Sale Billing.
o Good knowledge of OOD.
o Working knowledge of XML.
o Knowledge of RDBMS and SQL, preferably Sybase.
o Knowledge/experience of the Parlay protocol.
o Experience with Unix or Linux environments, preferably Solaris.
o Experience in SCM (CVS/GIT) and debugging (purify, quantify, dbx, pstack, dtrace) tools.
o Experience of automated Unit or Sub system testing.
o Experience in Agile Methodologies.
Experience of Shell scripting.
