Your key responsibilities will include, and not limited to:

Create design, code and unit test modules/components.
Develop software requirements from product requirements.
Develop a thorough understanding of the requirements (both explicit and implicit) of the system under development
Deliver detailed effort estimates for software design implementation in line with defined Agile processes.
Ensure high quality, defect free and long term maintainable code
Ensure high quality and consistent with code base documentation and source code management process
End to end ownership on component development
Investigate software and system problems using a variety of techniques and provides innovative solutions.
Prepare appropriate documentation as required by internal product development processes and regulatory agencies such as FDA and ISO.

To be successful in this opportunity, the must haves:

Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.

4 years of experience in software development, preferably in Medical Domain.

4 to 10 years of experience in developing software using C++,

Experience in developing medical device software and working knowledge of FDA Quality Systems Regulation is desirable.

Good programming knowledge in VC++/C++ Visual Basic 6.0

Good knowledge of object oriented (OOPS) concepts

Self-starter with a sense of urgency to resolve issues and complete projects.

Passionate about the team, customers, quality, sharing knowledge and collaborating across teams.

Excellent teaming skills to work with cross functional and in a multi-site software teams.

Supportive of roles played by team members in a scrum team e.g. scrum master, proxy product owner and manager.

Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, in working with co-workers and stakeholders.
