We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Lead to join an exciting product development team tasked to lead AppScan Source to be the best SAST solution in the application security market. In this role, you will design features, develop POCs, refactor/re-architect and modernize AppScan products; provide superior levels of Technical leadership support to build customer loyalty, generate new business opportunities with Enhancing the product to its new future in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, Customers and external influencers.

EXP: 5-12yrs

Education: Formal 12+4 years of education preferably Bachelors in Computer Science or other equivalents

Responsibilities

• Deep dive into the codebase to understand the existing architecture of the complex product
• Understand the current architecture and design new features
• Hands-on programming in Core.Net Developer
• Design & Develop POCs and prepare high and low-level design documents for product enhancements
• Drive the product delivery with the highest quality with meaningful enhancements while providing superior levels of support to build customer loyalty.
• Provide technical guidance to team members through transparent and clear communications

Primary Skills

• 5 to 12 years of Development experience
• At least 2 years of experience in Core DotNet/Core Java development
• Experience in debugging, diagnosing, and troubleshooting complex software
• Experience in developing on Windows and Linux/Mac platforms
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Good analytic, problem-solving skills along with good aptitude and attitude
• Exposure to software development in a global Agile environment
• Ability and desire to contribute in cross-functional activities (development, testing, etc.)
• Persistent and able to adapt well to changes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an efficient manner

Good to have/ Secondary Skills:

• Experience in Eclipse RCP/Visual Studio/UI development
• Exposure to DevOps and DevSecOps processes
• Knowledge of Application security
• Background in programming languages/compilers
• Knowledge of tools used for static analysis
