BPO / Tele caller / Call Centre - Customer Service Execute x5 positions

Location

Hyderabad

Salary per annum:

INR 1.2 Lakhs - 2.4 Lakhs per annum (Depending on Exp.)

Experience needed:

1-5 Years

Qualification:

Degree / PG

Industry:

IT / Software Services / HR Functions / Recruitment / Head Hunting

Freshers or 0-2 Experienced candidates are welcome.

Ideally, you are :

BPO / Tele Caller / Customer Service Execute

Should have experience at least 6 months experience in:

- Customer Service / Tele calling / BPO / Call Centre

- Should be fluent in English

- Having experience in banks / credit card companies is added advantage

- Experience in Banks / Financial Services firms is added advantage

Job Function / Key Responsibilities & duties:

- Calling candidates and shortlisting for technical round interviews

- Supporting HR functions

- Support in preparing / giving Naukri Job ads / calling candidates / selecting CVs

- Identification of potential employees, building a pipeline of talent pool to utilize over time.

Nice to have:

- knowledge and expert skills in any one / more of the following business verticals / Software Services and Products
