JOB DETAIL

  • Responsible for creating the pre-sales estimate in the ERP tool for our internal offshore customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating the pre-sales estimate in ERP tool
  • Understands and work according to the customer requirement
  • Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Maintain a satisfactory level of quality and productivity as required
  • Thorough knowledge of the process
  • Timely closure of all required task as per the TAT
  • Handling emails from clients
  • Involved in resolving customer queries
  • Completes additional assigned tasks as required

Qualification/ Skills Required:

  • Excellent attention to details
  • Ability to perform repetitive task with a high degree of accuracy
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Required tool Knowledge like Salesforce MS Office tools
  • Must be a quick learner.
  • Confident in building a conversation
  • Good Team player
  • Should be patient enough to handle any kind of customer queries
  • Good communication Skills Interpersonal Skills
  • Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
  • Flexible to work in shifts and ready to support beyond the shift timings as per the requirement
  • Ready to take new initiatives and challenges

Education and Experience required:

  • Degree or Diploma
  • Pre-sales estimation experience
  • Excellent typing speed
  • Basic computer knowledge and Excel knowledge
  • BPO experience (0-2 years)
