JOB DETAIL

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead and motivate the Security Service Delivery team and provide supervision to employees and manage individual/team performance and development to achieve tactical and strategic goals
  • Develop and drive managed security services strategy for operational excellence
  • Identify, select and manage security vendors to ensure that service delivery and meet performance and business objectives
  • Build expertise and knowledge of team operating procedures, policies and standards
  • Drive high quality delivery projects on-time and within budget; escalating as appropriate
  • Lead change management activities for service delivery changes and projects
  • Represent the Cyber Security leadership team in the APAC region
  • Maintain knowledge of developments in the security industry, such as emerging technologies, industry standards, regulations, and threats
  • Engage with Cyber Security leadership and IT teams to deliver security delivery processes and technologies
  • Manage team IT service management and serve as primary contact for escalation of major outages or issues; including on-call requirement
  • Lead outage incident root cause analysis discussions and manage outcomes

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor s Degree and/or 10+ years information technology experience
  • 5+ years of successfully building, managing and motivating technical teams
  • Experience driving delivery partners through SLAs, KPIs and operational excellence
  • Strong customer/client focus with ability to manage expectations appropriately and provide superior customer/client experience
  • Proven track record of driving execution of complex projects, on-time and within budget
  • Excellent negotiation skills, able to clearly present options, tradeoffs and recommendations to influence effective decision making
  • Able to facilitate manage across diverse technology (hardware, network, application, security)
  • Able to motivate internal and partner teams towards completion of project goals and providing high quality of services
  • Knowledge or experience with security technologies such as identity management, user administration, firewall, IPS, SIEM, malware detection
  • Able to judge when and how to appropriately escalate issues and risks for Senior Management awareness and support
  • Requirement to work other time zones, occasional weekends and provide on-call support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • PMP certification
  • ITIL certification
