What you will do

• Create highly usable and thorough Tableau Dashboards and Visualizations

• Leverage your experience and conceptual knowledge on report/dashboard creation, creating report specifications, UAT implementation support

• Obtain feedback on iterations of the dashboard and work to incorporate feedback through continuous enhancements

• Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture, design, and high performing reporting and dashboards

• Collaborate with business and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and validation criteria

• Leverage advanced Tableau functionality (e.g., parameters, actions, tooltip modifications, API, etc.) to create analytical dashboards.

What gives. you an edge

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence and analysis

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining dashboards in Tableau and Tableau Server; You enjoy storytelling with data

• Advanced SQL skills and experience with operational reporting systems, data warehouse systems, and dashboards.

• Strong understanding of systems and CRMs such as Salesforce (objects, fields, and relationships)

• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Understanding of Sales processes, procedures and internal controls
