• Understand and scope business problems with stakeholders and define success criteria
• Develop and improve machine learning and/or reinforcement learning models, deep learning models and optimization alto's
• Deployment and performance evaluation of models in production
• Provide thought leadership in defining and solving business problems
• Publish papers, articles, patents on novel ideas and applications of data science techniques

• A Bachelors/Master s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 1 years of experience doing predictive modeling and machine learning in a production setting
• Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving and excellent analytical skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, presentation and project management skills
• Understanding of eCommerce/retail business - a plus

Technical Skillset

• Tensorflow/Pytorch (must have)
• Python
• Advanced Excel
• SQL
• Strong expertise and mathematical understanding of one or more of the following areas is required:
• Classic Machine learning techniques including regression, classification, similarity scoring and other predictive methods
• Deep Learning and Neural Networks, such as detectors, classifiers, GANs, Reinforcement Learning, style transfer, and related learning algorithms or architectures.
• Bayesian Methods and techniques
• Experience in developing AI solutions for any of the following domains: Computer vision, Image processing, Geospatial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• AI Explainability methods, Adversarial Examples, and evaluation of AI algorithm performance.
