Deliver projects in areas of Multi-Channel Marketing Effectiveness, Sales Force Effectiveness, Marketing Mix Modelling, Channel Responsiveness, Prescriber Network Analysis
Carry out exploratory data analysis, data extraction and transformation as prerequisite to any leading statistical work
Manage / help managing projects, which includes planning and execution, along with communication and resolution of issues associated with day-to-day interactions with the clients business unit/onsite client contact
Assist project manager in creating insightful reports and deliverables that provide strategic recommendations to clients and other stakeholders based on model artefacts
Explore and develop innovative methodologies which enhance efficacy of existing solutions to business problems
Candidate Profile:
Data Scientist with statistical modelling experience of approximately 1 to 4 years of experience, preferably in Pharma/Healthcare/CPG analytics
Educational background in Operations Research, Econometrics and/or Statistics
Hands-on experience with R or Python is mandatory
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. Ability to work with visualization tools e.g. Tableau, PowerBI etc. will be considered good to have skill-set
Experience working with pharma companies and pharma datasets is a plus along with some experience in AI/ML techniques
Strong analytical aptitude and technical ability to explore and innovate
Ability to think out of the box, assess current processes and offer ideas for improvement
Must possess good interpersonal skills along with presentation and communication skills
