Essential Functions

Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, integration, and maintenance of OCI/AWS database & applications along with OLTP Oracle MySQL / AWS databases in support of ongoing DevOps initiatives. Will leverage open source platforms and cloud technologies to improve efficiency and scalability of data services. Will automate, document, and demonstrate management of routine tasks and processes.

Will have experience in creating, managing, and monitoring OLTP Oracle MySQL / AWS databases. Understands data modeling concepts and methodologies. Will track and apply changes to application, database objects, and data transformations in testing and production environments. Must adhere to IT departmental policies, standards and procedures. Those include, but are not limited to, technical and architecture standards, production and operational processes, and software license compliance. Will support audit compliance efforts through reporting on setup, configuration, and application data management.

• Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
• OIC, AWS, AZURE custom development

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of Microsoft SQL and Oracle dB experience.
• OCI application, integration, and data base development.
• Exposure to various AWS and OCI services.
