Develops and maintains appropriate data management systems and stores relevant data (e.g. drawings and other product/ solution related data).

Manages research and development data.
Ensures storing and retrieval of relevant documents, drawings, software sources (e.g source codes), etc. and defines rulles how to manage the data.
Manages applications for database management.
Maintains technical knowledge and understands emerging data concepts.
Monitors and identifies trends in data usage and opportunities to reduce data redundancy.
Monitors database usage and ensures effective capacity.
Ensures appropriate linkages to existing database applications and to other data processing systems.
Analyzes localization requirements and designs/adapts products and solutions accordingly.
