Sell the Lexplosion value proposition clearly effectively to identified target audiences
To implement/optimize marketing automation and efficient, measurable lead nurturing processes
Conceptualize, strategize and drive result-oriented digital marketing campaigns (including organic and paid) for our target audience across products, through SEO/SMO, email campaigns, website enhancements, in-app campaigns, videos, blogs, webinars etc.
Conceptualize and oversee the creation of a rich content calendar with aim to attract target audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, social media posts, infographics, etc.). Optimizing content for search engines, social media pages to increase lead generation. Candidate will need to coordinate with internal content and media teams to achieve this.
Assist in creation of sales content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, Quora/forum responses) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world
Become custodian of company digital properties including websites, collaterals, social media pages, presentations, case-studies, etc.
Work with internal teams to manage and improve organic search ranks and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions
Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences
Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers
Establish required analytics and KPIs to understand
how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers
understanding of how they engage with different types of campaigns
Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on conversion rates, campaign success, expenses, ROI and other required metrics and suggest improvement for future initiatives
Qualifications
Graduate with 5+ years, hands-on experience working in B2B marketing at reputed organisations.

Clear and articulate communication skills
Ability to gather and interpret data in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them and provide reports on all OKRs and KPIs
Experience and proficiency in using marketing automation and social media software
Passion for being up-to-date on latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
