Extensive knowledge of social media advertising (paid and organic) is required (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manage promotions, social ad campaigns, and develop social media strategies.
Analyze and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies using tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Sprinkler, and others.
Evaluate and thoroughly analyse the impact of paid social campaigns, and create reports
Conduct competitor analysis using a variety of social media metrics.
Create benchmark metrics for measuring the effectiveness of social media programmes.
Manage social media budget line items to ensure the budget is spent effectively and efficiently throughout the month.
As a pre-sales activity, demo the platforms to the prospects.
Skills Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing with at least one social media management tool such as Sprout Social or Sprinklr
Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
Demonstrable social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics tools
Prior experience running lead generation and Ecommerce conversion campaigns is required
Ability to prioritise and work on multiple projects.
Agency experience is preferred.
