Job Requirement:
Experience or knowledge of SAML, infrastructure and information security practices
Relevant technical background and a knowledge of federation and multi-factor authentication this could be OAuth / OpenID standards knowledge and experience in any product
Experience of a ticket management system in a customer support environmentclear and logical thinking abilities
The capability to work well independently and knows when to seek advice / support
The capability to communicates effectively both internally and externally
flexibility about the work they do and available to support the out of hours rotaeagerness to learn more and potentially progress and develop within Managed Services or other areas such as Consultancy
Someone who can guide/coach other team members across the organizationPing ID certification is must
