JOB DETAIL

  • Drive implementation and delivery of JCI OpenBlue Twin visualization.
  • Support adoption and integration into other JCI products
  • Lead agile engineering teams to coordinate, prioritize and deliver compelling platform capabilities.
  • Understand service inter-dependencies and lead cross-functional teams towards technical solutions for multi-tiered systems
  • Clarify, prioritize and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability
  • Articulate program goals, desired outcomes, risks/issues and mitigation plans clearly
  • Mentor employees and build effective teams
  • Ability to consume and communicate complex processes into tangible and actionable items
  •  
  • 6+ years experience as leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex software projects
  • Bachelors degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
  • Professional experience as a software developer
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Experience with project delivery for large, cross functional projects involving partner teams inside and outside your organization
  • Experience developing PaaS solutions
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in an energizing and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to discover true requirements, underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches
  • A deep understanding of the SDLC and consistent record of achieving objectives on schedule, on budget and meeting quality criteria
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the platform
  • Understand current technology trends and relevancy
