MEAN Stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, AngularJS, NodeJS).
TypeScript (with Angular 2).
HTML5, CSS3 (SASS or LESS).
Scalable Application Design.
Additional:
Server-side templating languages (such as Jade, EJS, Handlebars etc).
Web Security (Basics), OAuth (1 & 2).
