Should be able to identify/communicate high priority/ severity Issues/ Defects in requirements early in project delivery cycles
Very proficient to lead/drive Static/ Functional/Regression/ UAT/End to End & Integration Testing activities
Should understand the concepts of Performance/ Load/Stress/ Security/ Automation/ White box/ Unite and other types of testing, not necessary to work through
Should be able to work with the Automation team to deliver automatable test scenarios
Excellent in communicating the risks or any concerns proactively to various project stakeholders
Should participate in daily meetings and drive QA
Should be able to deliver very high quality and detail-oriented Test cases/scripts
Should be able to collaborate effectively with International Customers and MTX team members
Should be innovative in approach & contribute to QA processes for improvement
Excellent in daily status reporting to project & customer on Testing activities on the project
Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the Quality practice
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
Should drive/collaborate effectively with the Development and BA team
Good with team skills, time management, and multitasking
Should be able to work on multiple projects at a time
What you will bring:
2-7 years of experience
Highly Proficient in Test case management/ planning/ reporting/strategy & execution
Well-versed with QA/Testing tools, processes, concepts, and methodologies
Thorough with Defect & Test life cycles
Agile Test methodologies
Should know any Cloud-based technologies/concepts, and SQL Queries
Highly desirable to have any relevant Certifications (ISTQB,CAST, CASQ,CSTE,CSQA)
Highly desirable if have any CRM Experience (Salesforce/ Siebel/ Peoplesoft)
