Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide marketing architecture leadership across multiple Product Teams
- Provides technical oversight of Product Team Engineering Managers
- Responsible for the overall architecture of Google Cloud and GBQ implementations to solve a variety of marketing challenges including measurement, modeling, identify and activation.
- Define data architecture integrating over 100 marketing data sources and activation platform globally, including Google Analytics, Paid Media, Salesforce Marketing Cloud & LiveRamp.
- Develop standards for implementation of AI/ML models for the purpose of marketing activation.
- Architect data quality solution for marketing that encompasses Data Lineage and Data Dictionary and is scalable across Google Cloud.
- Develop designs and diagrams to integrate with Playbooks
- Ensure handling of PII complies with privacy standards including CCPA and GDPR.
- Collaborate with Cloud CoE and Enterprise Architects on best practices.
- Leadership role in technical staffing decisions for product teams and projects.
- Interviews and advises on key KC and consulting technical roles.

Key Qualifications and Experiences
- 12+ years of Solution Architect experience with Data Modelling, Data Warehousing & Data Governance across multiple platforms.
- 3-4 years of experience as Cloud Solution Architect in a Digital Marketing Environment.
- Proven experience in Orchestration (Cloud Composer, Workflow) & ETL (data fusion, data prep etc.) GCP services in Analytics projects.
- Working knowledge on GCP Monitoring and Cloud Logging.
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Extensive experience applying GCP security best practices
- Proven experience with digital media platforms (OLA, OLV, Paid Search, Programmatic)
- Experience integrating Google Analytics and GBQ for measurement and modeling.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and the impact of tagging on data and reporting
- Self-motivated to keep up with industry trends and disseminating information across the organization.
- Has strong leadership skills and exhibit creative thinking to be able to come up with inventive solutions to solve business challenges
- Strong technical leadership in delivery teams and partnerships with vendors. Experience delivering IT projects and/or programs with strong SDLC understanding, including Agile methodology in a Product Team environment.
- Experience leading blended teams consisting of employees, vendors, and consultants with both onshore and offshore resources
- Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory. Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines.
