• Work collaboratively with our in-house creative team and social media team
• Formatting hero video content for final digital deliveries across all platforms
• Has a deep understanding of social video narratives and best practices for an ever-changing social landscape
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

Required Candidate profile

• 5-8 years of professional experience with Leadership Quality
• His/her skill set should not be limited to Photoshop or just simple editing. He/ She should have possess excellent creative ideas and suggest, ideate, implement designs as per business requirement.
• Proficient in the following:
  1. Graphic Designer: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,
  2. Video Designer: Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro, Adobe after Effects, Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe Final Cut Pro
  3. Video file types and audio track layouts
• Create and deliver creatives in various media dimension, styles, designs for Social Media, Emailers, Website (Desktop & Mobile All Banners)
• Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc
• Long term aspirations in video editing and animation
• He/she should also be good at balancing colors, space, and typography
• Self-starter and able to visualize, script & bring concepts to life with ease while maintaining design aesthetics and brand guidelines.
