- Processing & ensuring timely delivery as per agreed SLAs
- Good knowledge with respect to DTP, design and other creative requirements
- Handle tight schedules, client interaction, & quality assurance
- Interact with customers to understand requirements and communicate feedback/solutions
- Ens ure resolution of client queries/complaints within specified time frame
- Provide timely reports on a daily/weekly/monthly for review
Required Competencies
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in handling projects related to Graphic Design, DTP, and Artwork
- Mandatory skills required in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Good knowledge and understanding about Adobe InDesign and Corel Draw
- Audio & Video editing knowledge preferable
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts
