Providing a roadmap for success
- Take all incoming calls and emails then direct and assist callers as needed.
- Set up and maintain data base information on building facilities, equipment and vendors
- Open new job orders assign and dispatch and update as to status and confirm completion of work.
- Monitor all work orders daily to ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner
- Handle Service Call Tracker efficiently and effectively.
- Prioritize, analyse, route and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Help to ensure that any complaint or problem and/or emergencies are handled in an expeditious and satisfactory manner.
- Manage the mail room and perform associated functions including management of mail service and courier contractors
- Receive and despatch couriered items
- Familiarity with safety and emergency procedures for occupants/clients/visitors and staff and how to act upon them.
- Familiarity with lost and found procedures.
- Generating Performance reports to present to the Management on Monthly basis
- Taking/Producing Minutes of Weekly and Monthly Meetings
- Perform other activities as assigned by technical Manager/Estate Manager

10+2 OR Graduates
