JOB DETAIL

  • Conduct interviews and filter candidates Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Must have good knowledge in Recruitments We are looking for an Recruitment Executive to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Responsible for searching right candidate for the desired profile, co-ordination between candidate and HR of the particular company , client servicing and relationship building initiatives.
  • Hands on experience in sourcing candidates from Job portals
  • Scheduling candidates for interview and explaining them each and every stage of interview.
  • knowledge in end to end recruitment life cycle, understanding manpower requirements, posting jobs, Sourcing, Scheduling Training & Development Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any Gruduation OR Master Degree. (Regular Education)
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Graduation with minimum 1 year of experience in HR OR Freshers.
