JOB DETAIL
Conduct interviews and filter candidates Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Must have good knowledge in Recruitments We are looking for an Recruitment Executive to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Responsible for searching right candidate for the desired profile, co-ordination between candidate and HR of the particular company , client servicing and relationship building initiatives.
Hands on experience in sourcing candidates from Job portals
Scheduling candidates for interview and explaining them each and every stage of interview.
knowledge in end to end recruitment life cycle, understanding manpower requirements, posting jobs, Sourcing, Scheduling Training & Development Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Gruduation OR Master Degree. (Regular Education)
Excellent Communication Skills.
Graduation with minimum 1 year of experience in HR OR Freshers.
