Should be well-versed in both non-IT and IT requirements

Make a cold call to passive applicants and set up an appointment
Shortlisting, screening resumes and job applications
Then Schedule interviews and tests to potential candidates Co-ordinating with Candidates & ensuring onboarded smoothly until they join
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team, with a high level of focus and attention to detail
