Roles and responsibilities:
- Understand customer and business learning needs and challenges
- Suggest innovative, relevant, and appropriate solutions to meet business needs
- Create high-level design documents
- Define standards and create styleguides, specifications documents
- Create Storyboards, protos for WBT, vILT, and other digital output
- Create step-by-step guides for simulations
- Proactively interact with experts to gain subject matter understanding
- Lead projects independently
- Create and manage schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Interact with technical and functional teams for eLearning development
- Test the eLearning output to ensure smooth user experience
- Loan, banking, or finance experience highly preferred
Skills required:
- Excellent command over language
- Excellent communication written and verbal
- Proactive and independent in leading projects
- Flexible and quick to adapt
- Ability to work without guidance and well-defined structure
- Working knowledge of tools like Captivate and Storyline is an advantage
Experience:
- 5-6 years experience in eLearning development
- At least 2 years experience as Instructional Design lead on projects
- Instructional Design certification is an advantage
