As the Integration Operations Team Lead you are in charge to lead and co-ordinate IT-deliveries and support to the business that are geographically spread over the world. You will work with committed teams on an innovative and state-of-the-art technical platforms.
- You will lead and coordinate between all the operation and support teams within the Integration domain.
- You also lead and ensure that the global operations and support within the enterprise Integration domain are functioning smoothly.
- Actively work to ensure that the governance models and handover process/artefacts are followed from development to operations within the Integration domain.
- You will ensure that the change requests, service requests and incidents in the Integration domain are delivered and the teams follow the DevOps-concept to be able to develop and deliver in an agile way.
- You will work together with the other leads in the function to ensure that the SLAs and deliveries are not impacted
- You should handle complex questions and incidents from design to execution and deliver in time bound manner under constraints.
Experience
The candidate should possess the following experience and skills:
- 5-8 years of experience of working in the Integration domain with at least 3 years as a Team lead.
- Worked in global organisations with decentralised teams.
- The ability to quickly grasp existing systems, goals and technical options for given situations.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure platform especially in API design, implementation and system integration using APIs.
- Experience in working with common integration methods and technologies including web services, SOAP, JSON, REST, APIs, XML and orchestration tools.
- Additional experience in IBM MQ and IBM Integration Bus is advantageous.
- Experience in Service Management tools like Service Now and agile tools like DevOps and Jira is desired.
- Identify gaps in available integration services and work on remediation strategies to ensure stability as the underlying platform technologies continue to evolve.
- The Ability to lead cross-functional team communication and develop cross-functional partnerships.
- Collaborate with other functional support teams to get production incidents resolved and proactively seek opportunities to develop preventative measures to avoid recurrence.
- Excellent problem solving and data analysis skills.
