Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for artistic, detail-oriented candidates having at least 10-12 years of modular kitchen and wardrobe experience with good interpersonal skills for the position of Interior Designer manager. The key responsibilities include visualizing and sketching design plans as per client, sourcing products and materials, determining costs and inspecting construction to ensure design specifications are met. Expertise in Wardrobe, modular kitchen is must. Proficiency in appropriate software tools such as AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp, 20-20 design software.

Ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously. You will work closely with site/store design teams, marketing team, SCM team and installation team in order to deliver to clients.

• Outline client design objectives.
• Conceptualize and sketch design plans.
• Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
• Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
• Source materials and products included in plans.
• Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.
• Utilize computer applications in the design process.
• Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.

Experience with computational design.

Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.

Portfolio of design work.

Project management experience.

Client Servicing - Soft spoken and confident to deal with clients.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp, 20-20 or similar design software.

Strong vendor network and commercial acumen to fine tune product offer price.
