Handling End-to-End Recruitment processes
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust
candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing
phone screenings
Coordinating with Technical Team for the interviews for Junior and Senior
level positions on various technologies
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating the
employment terms
Coordination of overall interview, selection, and closing process.
Bachelors degree/ MBA in HR
Negotiation skills
Minimum 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand
qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Position will be on 6 Months extendable Contract Roles and Responsibilities
