The Test engineer will be working todesign and develop test cases involving functional UI, API, performance, andload testing.

Lead the effort to build new testframeworks and or extend existing frameworks.

Tools accommodate both functional andload testing. These frameworks allow us to perform end-to-end testing inmulti-component environments.

Design and develop a reusablearchitecture for the test automation.

Prepare reusable functions, whichimprove the robustness, re-usability, and maintainability of their testscripts.

Framework should be designed in such away that it increases and speeds up their productivity.

Engineer also must support theframework/s, for example, supporting Dev/QA with issues using the tool. Theengineer will implement automation test scripts.

Integration with the test managementtool is also, planned.

Able to take on leadershipresponsibilities and influence the direction of the automation effort, and itsschedule and prioritization.

Provide a practical approach to complexproduct testing, specifically in the areas of the automation of test cases forthe purposes of regression testing. You will be a creative and proactivethinker and you will make use of current technologies to provide extensibleautomation infrastructures.

Review product requirements, functionaland design specifications to determine and prepare automated test cases.

Closely with various Dev team membersto understand testing objectives and ensure that problems are resolved in atimely and efficient manner.

Qualification/Exp yrs.: Engineeringgraduate with 4-7 years of experience in test design and execution

Experience:

Understanding of web, mobile, API anddatabase testing technologies.

Demonstrated experience in defining andimplementing several test automation solutions leveraging one or more of thefollowing: CodeceptJS, Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, SoapUI, Postman, Protractor,Jmeter, LoadRunner, VisualStudio Load Test, Grinder, Gatling.

Advanced experience reading/writing oneor more languages: TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Groovy, Python.

Exposure to CI/CD tools and Test automationtools in Cloud platform is preferred.

You need to have deep understanding andhands on experience on handling NFR Testing.

Sound knowledge of software engineeringprocess and Agile methodologies. Work experience within SAFe programs is anadded advantage.

Ability to work as an individualcontributor.

Knowledge of multiple test automationframeworks, for functional and load testing, Agile Software. DevelopmentLifecycle Processes and Methodologies.

Understanding of primary models of testautomation frameworks, (i.e. data driven, keyword driven, hybrid, and behaviordriven).

Knowledge of containers andvirtualization, mobile automation tools and automated build management tools.

Must Have: Conceptualization ability, Self-direction,Communicative socially confident and Influencing ability.
