- At least 12 + years of experience

- Hands on with Java backend development work

- Develop solutions following established technical design

- Ability to handle mid-size engg teams (front end / backend )

- Perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed by self and other junior team members on the project.

- Mentor team members on technology and best practices

- Document the development process, architecture, and standard components

- Troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining the core product software and databases

- Experience of working with AWS

- Good understanding of architecture patterns and should have worked on scalable microservices architecture

- Should have delivered engg products in product companies.

- Ability to roll up sleeves and deliver with quality and security

- Fast learner and comfortable in fast moving environment
