Technical Skills

Must Have

• Requirement Elicitation, Design of multi tier architecture.
• Java and JEE fundamentals (Multi threading, OOAD, Microservices), Spring boot
• ERDBMS
• Junit, TDD.
• Knowledge of Rest API/Json, XML

Good to Have

• AWS Devops
• Struts
• Agile fundamentals
• Scrum process
• Git, Bit Bucket, JIRA

Common Tech Skills

• Unit Testing, TDD awareness
• Code quality concepts such as Code coverage, Static analysis, etc.

Common Soft Skills:

• Good Communication
• Open to Learning, Able to communicate across teams
