Job Description: Candidate will be responsible was handling the L3 Support Activites for Java based Application.
Mandatory Skill Set:
- 1.5+ years of experience in Java L3 support
- Versed in handling Unix / Database investigations
- Be able to understand Java Code independently, read through it to identify root cause of issues and suggest / work on solutions
- Be independent and also be able to proactively communicate /coordinate internally
Preferred Skill Set:
- Familiarity in Root Cause Analysis & handling incidents during production issues
- Familiarity in handling Schedulers like Autosys / Any similar scheduler tools
Note: Willing to work from office
