Posted 1 year ago Should have very good English communication skills to communicate with US / UK clients. Should be worked in providing end user support in corporate environment. Thorough knowledge on Mac OS, windows and networking. Should be willing to work in nightshift.
Key technical knowledge.
Operating systems :;Macintosh 10.10(Yosemite), 10.11 (EI Capitan) and 10.12(Sierra), iOS and Windows 7 &10
Office suites : Microsoft office 2016 & O365.
Mail clients: MS Outlook and OWA.
Network technologies: Wi- Fi, VPN and LAN.
Browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
Applications: Jabber, VMware Horizon Client, VMware fusion, WebEx.
Tools: Service now, Cisco Any connect VPN Client and Active Directory
