The Oppurtunity:
The Change Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Cloud operations executing the Daily tasks of the Change Manager Role. The individual will work with the
Cloud Operations team to coordinate CAB/CEB meetings, presentations, and events. The individual will also support team members in the design and development of change training and practice materials, processes, and tools. Additionally, the Analyst will work with internal and external research to gather and identify insights used to inform and enhance the change practice.

- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
- Assess the change impact
- Complete change management assessments
- Support and provide input to the change management process participants, artifacts, process and strategy
- Identify, analyze, risk mitigation plans
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change controls
- Consult and coach project teams and other process participants
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
- Support communication efforts
- Support training efforts and conduct process training as required
- Support and engage senior leaders to ensure policy and standards are adhered to
- Coach managers and supervisors in Approver Roles
- Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
- Coordinate efforts with other Service Management Process Analysts and leaders
- Ensure integrate of change management activities to project plans and processes
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Manage stakeholders
- Track and report issues
- Measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Support change management and coordination at the organizational level to ensure an Enterprise Change Management scope
- Manage the portfolio and change load
- Ability to quickly assimilate new process concepts and designs
What it takes:
- Strong English verbal and written skills
- Strong Project Management skills
- Strong group presentation and meeting leadership skills
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience analyzing IT Systems, Data and Service Management
- Ability to manage and perform multiple complex tasks as part of the daily work assignment.
- Previous Change Management experience preferred
- Prior history operating in a global company with operations in EMEA, AP, LA and the US
