What We Are Looking For:
The position requires strong team leadership skills in combination with deep SAP TM solution knowledge and implementation expertise. In this role you will lead or oversee the design, architecture, estimation and successful delivery of SAP Supply Chain Execution solutions to our clients. You will also be involved in presales presentations and system demonstrations to prospective customers, including the design, build and delivery of POCs and custom solutions.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team of Functional Solution Architects and Consultants, provide coaching and mentorship to your team and collaborate with our global community of SAP experts.
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Sciences, Engineering Management or Industrial Systems Engineering or MBA required
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant SAP Consulting experience (SAP TM, Logistics, SCM Applications, etc.)
- At least 3 years of experience in Consulting Manager role
- Extensive experience as SAP SCM/TM Solution Architect and Project Lead
- At least 3-4 end-to-end SAP SCM/TM project implementations and 1-2 implementations on S/4HANA.
- Excellent teaming skills with other module leads
- Hands-on experience in creating architecture and technical design documents
- Ability to drive discussions with customers, project team and project stakeholders
- Ability to translate customer requirements into well-designed solutions that are fit for purpose
- Experience leading consulting teams and managing complex projects
- Proven track record in leading successful pre-sales activities (project estimation/planning/alignment with customers)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Commercial acumen
