Job Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

• Test automation lead will have complete ownership for preparing test automation solution, designing automation frameworks and lead the implementation of test strategy, test plans & test execution of all the products of this organization
• Supports automation framework development and the optimization of those frameworks
• Recommends new tools, techniques and methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality
• Collaborate with product teams to strategize & align long term solution for test automation including roadmap, tools, framework & approach
• Evaluate, select, and formulate best usage of test automation tools and future alignment for different products and applications
• Create a standard framework for Functional Automation, Integration Testing and System Testing
• Responds appropriately and competently to the demands of work challenges when confronted with changes, ambiguity, adversity, and other pressures

People Responsibilities

• Lead other Test Engineers and help them through technical issues and challenges
• Participating in performance reviews and providing feedback to team member and helping them enhance competencies

Experience

• 14+ years of work experience in Test Automation and Service based testing
• Hands-on experience on Selenium and Python
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Prior experience managing 10-12 test engineers
• Strong Stakeholder management
