1. Assist the regional business head in day-to-day activities to ensure smooth functioning of the businesses and in the monthly order forecasting for production planning

2. Grow the share of the business, as well as expand the relationships within the customer identifying influencers, gatekeepers, decision-makers within the region of Domestic but also to direct and align with Regional KAM's to further penetrate the client organization

3. Deploy a strong consultative selling approach with assigned accounts to identify their supply chain challenges and develop value-creating solutions

4. Interact with regular customers to ensure continuity of existing businesses - from the time that orders are received to the time shipments are dispatched as per customer requirements.

5. Co-ordination with the planning/production and Export Logistics/Shipping team to ensure dispatch as per customer timelines, export shipping documentation is provided to the customer and ensure payments are received by due dates from the customer.

6. Responsibilities also include necessary interaction/coordination with various Depts. for samples, regulatory requirements, DMFs and other documentation for new customers & regulatory approvals to meet statutory requirements of the country

7. Manage business development activities to add new customers and increase market coverage of an existing range of products in untapped regions and new countries

8. Identification of markets and customers for new products and products in the pipeline. Assist the regional heads with a successful launch and in ensuring sales of new products once commercialized.

9. Provide market research, market intelligence and key information on international market trends and competition to help the division with future export strategies.
