PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Prepare calculations on the proposed machine before completing technical drawings.
Sketch and draw up designs using input from engineers and architects on the team.
Calculate factors like tolerance, dimensions, and thermal and structural analysis.
Create designs in line with company procedures, regulations, and company standards.
Use production feedback and data to upgrade, improve the design to meet the machine requirements.
Finalize designs and send prints to the production department.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Deep CAD design knowledge with different tools like Autocad and Solidworks. (Illustrator and Corel Draw is a Plus).
Experience designing industry-specific products in Automotive and Medical.
Flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to change.
Able to work in a team environment.
Self-motivated attitude and the ability to use initiative.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

System design and development.
Smart thinking to bringing new innovation in product design.
Automotive related product development experience.
FEA and CFD simulation skills and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

4-6 years of Mechanical design, embedded system/product level experience.
