Roles and Responsibilities

Experience in Network cabling, Networking Support, maintenance and any technical support in networking domain

Experience in LAN Network and connectivity troubleshooting Experience

Responsible to support the Day to Day Operations and ensure defined SLA has been met as agreed in the SOW. Process knowledge on ITIL.

• 1 - 3 years in IT service delivery and handled multiple customer environments
• Responsible for handling incidents and service request in day to day operation.
• Good knowledge and experience in Network cabling .
• Good knowledge and experience in passive Network components.
• Good knowledge and experience in Testing & Crimping LAN cables.
• Knowledge in LAN cabling projects.
• Vendor coordination.
• Responsible for getting work done by Vendor w.r.t new lan connection and preventive maintenance.
• Stock maintanence.
• Periodic Network Rack Health Checking & Updating the Status of the Rack to TL.
• Basic network troubleshooting skill
• Knowledge on cable standard and structure cabling
