Operational Manager is expected to lead a team of project managers, quality control executives, installers and external vendors. You will be responsible for resource allocation project management design, delivery & installation timelines budgeting & cost management end product quality and root cause problem solving to continuously improve operations.

* Operational Manager would be single point of escalation for every customer from the time design process is finalized by the customer till he/she gets a beautifully furnished and fully functional home is delivery to the customer.

* You are expected to work and coordinate with talented team of designers and design managers, coordinate with the production team to ensure on time dispatch and delivery of products, in adherence to quality standards.

* You are expected to perform quality check for all the drawings before it goes for production and ensure they are in line with the actual site conditions.

* Ideal candidate would have excellent problem solving abilities (Understands the problems faced at the customer site and can come up with workable solutions).

* You will take responsibility for communicating the bad news first and proactively, to the customer. Setting the right communication framework amongst all stakeholders and the customer (what must be communicated when, and by whom)

Required Candidate profile

3+ years of relevant experience in project management or managing operations in a start-up environment.
