Roles and Responsibilities

Tasks

Administration of Oracle Forms/Reports and BI Publisher environments

Planning and implementation of new versions and patches

Consulting users

Creation of scripts for automatic control of administrative activities (Ansible, etc.)

Troubleshooting / second level support in national and international areas

Support customers in all Application Server-related topics

Monitoring of the Application Server infrastructure

Administration of Application Server instances (Weblogic, JBoss/Wildfly, Tomcat)

On-call duty

Skills

Very good knowledge of Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, Application Servers

Very good user knowledge in Linux

Scripting know-how (Shell, Go, Python or similar)

Usage of Ansible/Git

Nice to have: Knowledge of Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Check_MK, Elastic Stack
