JOB DETAIL

What you will do !

  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to the People Operations Team
  • Support the coordination of the on-boarding process and new hire orientation
  • Support with the administration of the employees life-cycle and off-boarding process
  • Maintain employees records in various systems and employees files
  • Assist with the Benefits administration and enrolment process
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes
  • Support and respond to verification of employment requests
  • Utilize our ticketing system to respond to questions from employees and managers regarding
  • HR programs and services; and escalate to the proper teams based on the issue
  • Support data integrity efforts through existing data review processes
  • Any other ad-hoc activities and HR projects as requested
