PeopleSoft HCM/Finance developer JD:-
Strong functional and technical skills of PS HR application
Ability to handle multiple projects with changing business priorities
Flexible and willingness to learn new functionality and acquire new technical skills as required by business needs
Must be self-motivated
Consulting background preferred, experience with multiple project development lifecycles and multiple clients
Ability to provide outstanding application support to business users
Aptitude for research, analysis and resolution of problems
A minimum of 7 years of significant hands-on experience developing complex customizations in PeopleSoft HR
Proficient in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, SQR, SQL, AWE Workflow, XML Publisher, Application Engine, Application Packages
Functional understanding of PeopleSoft HR including Workforce Administration, Position Management, ePerformance and Payroll Interface
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely both orally and in writing
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
At least two full project implementation lifecycles
PeopleSoft Testing JD:-
Senior Tester, responsible for testing, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex PeopleSoft project module
o Strong PeopleSoft PTF Automation experience including would be required
o Selenium testing using different tools is essential. Clear understanding of query
o Have experience in creating and utilizing other Oracle Apps Testing is desirable
o Experience working in an PeopleSoft Finance environment
