Roles & Responsibility

• Understand the performance needs of engineering and product stakeholders
• Develop and deliver a Performance Test Plan for each performance testing effort.
• Design, develop and execute performance test cases and scripts through analysis of

product specifications and software requirements.
Validate and verify quality attributes of the system, such as scalability, reliability and

resource usage, among other parameters.

Skills

 Should at least have 3-6 years of experience in performance/automation testing

 Hands-on Experience in web/mobile load tools for min 2+ years (Gatling preferred)

 Hands-on Experience in Object-Oriented Programming with Java/Scala

 Experience in using Build automation tools (Maven, Gradle etc)

 Experience in using Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins)

 Familiar with SQL and popular databases (MySql and Postgres)

 Experience in using APM Tools (DynaTrace, NewRelic or Instana)
