Lead a team of developers and testers to execute the project(s) from inception to production
Collaborate with multiple internal Agile teams to execute the projects successfully
Adept in one or more coding languages & open-source frameworks
Coach, mentor and lead the developers
Atleast 5 years of experience in software development
Job specific skills PHP, MySQL, REST APIs (Good in atleast one framework Laravel/Lumen/Codeigniter/Yii/Symphony), Wordpress
Experience using CICD practices
Experience in Headless CMS
Experience in Apache, Mysql Optimization for production server
At least 2 year of experience with AWS services
Ability to build Cloud Native applications
Understanding of AWS services (Rt53, Compute, S3, Lambda, Database)
Understanding of Dockerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
At least 2 years of people management experience
Ability to lead & manage teams up to size 8-10
